  • Associate Team Leader: Back Office Accounting- positions open for Senior Process Associates/Senior executives

    Your role includes setting up, leading, and managing back office accounting services teams for select customers in Western Europe.

    What you bring:

    • Between 2 and 4 years of experience in a back office based accounting role. Having worked with a foreign language client is a big plus.
    • Fantastic client communication and project management skills
    • A Bachelors degree or accounting degree
    • Prior leadership and team management experience is a plus.
    • An ability to take on responsibility and accountability is a must.

    The Role:

    Manage existing clients by:

    • Understanding and ensuring execution of the client’s requirements on a daily level
    • Meet customer expectations through reports and updates via email, conference calls, and other advanced project management tools
    • Visualize and manage future outsourcing requirements by helping customers transition through the Customer Engagement Process.

    Drive your team by:

    • Motivating and monitoring performance on a regular level
    • Understanding their capabilities and training requirements

  • Junior Process Associates – positions open Fresher’s/any experience

    You will be a part of our Process Associate team and work with finance and accounting customers in Western Europe.

    The Role:

    Perform accounting duties ranging in scope from basic and repetitive to advance and diversified for finance/accounting department
    of international accounting companies.

    Tasks:

    • First point of contact for operational issues
    • Claims loading/claims processing/payment processing /quality check
    • Accurate & timely processing of claims/Payments
    • Provide insight on areas for process improvement
    • Escalate unresolved issues to senior process associate
    • Ensure utilization of 75% & efficiency of 90%
    • Ensure zero escalations
